• All your personal information will be kept confidential.

• By filling in the above registration form you agree to be subscribed to our Newsletter - if you do not wish to be part of that you can 'unsubscribe' at any point.

• The ticket or ticket deposit for the event is non-refundable and non-transferable to other people in any case, unless otherwise stated in the event description.

• If the event is cancelled from our side, participants are not entitled to reimbursement of any further costs (loss of earnings, travel & accommodation, etc.). Course fees / deposits that have already been paid would be reimbursed.

• Participants must take care of their own insurance coverage (accident, liability, etc. ). The participant remains at the event site at their own risk.

• During the event, in the application of techniques, demonstrations and exercises, the participants are aware that and agree to perform these on other participants and themselves at their own risk and responsibility.

• I understand that this program is based on Tantric and other alternative practices. It is not a Therapy nor a replacement for therapy. I hereby release the organiser, facilitator and the program team from any responsibility over my physical, mental or emotional condition. If you are suffering from any physical, mental or emotional condition, please refer to a proper medical  support.

• I agree to be coachable, to come with an “open mind” approach, to learn new information and be willing to practice the techniques demonstrated during the course. 

• We reserve the right take any participant out of the course at any time, in any case of miss-mach or disturbance to the group process. In case that happens, course fees / deposits that have already been paid would be reimbursed. Participants taken out of the course are not entitled to reimbursement of any further costs (loss of earnings, travel & accommodation, etc.).

• We reserve a right to make slight changes to the published programmes, activities and  number of participants.

• NO chemical perfumes.

• NO phones or pictures during the event.

• Participation is confidential - I commit not to reveal other people's identities or experiences after the event.

• I understand that my entry is subject to review of this form.

• I understand that I remain at the event site at my own risk.

• I take full responsibility for the nature of my experience.

• I commit to clearly and directly ask for support if and when I need it.
