What is power?
How do you feel inside your body when you aim exactly at the target and you make it!? strong enough to get there, not to strong to over do it, with enough force for your arrow to hit and pierce the target.
REAL POWER, CREATIVE OR DESTRUCTIVE IS ACTIVATED BY THE HEART!
We have powerful force running in our body, the force of creation, represented in the second chakra.
Humans have created and developed amazing innovations in science and art, as well as our ability to conceive new life, the sex chakra is the chakra of creation, creative flow.
We also have the power to destroy. In Hindu tradition, Shiva’s role is to destroy the universe in order to re-create it. Destruction is not necessarily bad, we can demolish old buildings to build new ones, change old structures to better ones, as well as destroy unserving patterns and old believes in our selves to clear and disillusion and make place for new and supporting believes to enter.
Whether it's CREATION or DESTRUCTION, what we need in order to serve our power with the right force and accuracy is our presence and openness of our heart.
I AM TALKING ABOUT REAL POWER!
It’s easy to understand that creation is best served with love and open heart, when we talk about creating something to serve humanity or simply about making babies... so let's look at DESTRUCTION.
When you want to give a precise feedback to someone you LOVE, pointing of something they messed up or did without considering something, the only way to hand that to them SO IT CAN SERVE THEM is by being direct, unapologetic and loving!! You give what is called a “dark feedback” not to shame them, but to support them to see a blind spot in their behaviour, something you can see from the outside and they cannot, and you deliver it in the right time, (when they are ready and willing to receive) and you are direct and clear because you LOVE them. That is a focused demolition, (like taking down one well without bringing down the whole house…
On the other hand, when FEAR is involved, you will often see shaming, defence, or re-attack, reaction rather than a response. Then it is violence, the destruction is not focused and the outcomes are very unpredictable, imprecise and leaving all involved to heal or recover. Sadly lots of the war examples around us look like that, we become used to recovery from unfocused demolition, and we fail to recognise the precision and powerful force of the heart in actions of destruction.
REAL POWER, CREATIVE OR DESTRUCTIVE IS ACTIVATED BY THE HEART
Our Heart is a powerful yet a vulnerable organ. Real power lies in our VULNERABILITY, and about that I will write more in a following post.
