We will activate our bodies to be awake and present, set a container for the day in an opening circle, and then go through the teachings of the wheel of consent. Learning or repeating if you have done it before (it’s always good to dive deeper).
Looking at the basics of boundaries and desires, looking at our inner mechanisms. We will practice some work with touch looking for our habits and comfort zone.

Beltane is the seasonal fest for reawakening of life forces and rising up of vital juices in all nature. We finally bid farewell to the cold half of the year and welcome the warm season. Everything is green and in blossom, buds are opening and new life sprouts. The animal spirits return into our bodies vibrating them. Beltane is a celebration of fertility! Life in its fullest wants to be celebrated – female and male energy want to intertwine, dance together in desire for connection and union.
