A 1-Day Introduction Workshop to Sacred Sexuality, Empowerment and Temple Arts:

Inviting you for an intensive day full of new information and experiential learning through practice, transmission and ceremony. Enhancing our experience of life force energy and personal power. Healing our self-concepts and nourishing healthy relationship with ourselves and the other.

This day aims to give you a playful and thorough introduction to some of the skills and practices explored in Temples of Sacred Sexuality and Sensuality.

The night Temple is a space of sacred sexuality and sensuality facilitated to bring up or godly nature, playfulness, freedom, authenticity, permission for full spectrum expression and connection to each other and the whole. Nudity and sexual interactions are optional and totally at your own discernment.

Get to know yourself in this potent real-life situation exploring love free of fear, intimacy, self-responsibility, authentic desire, nourishment of heart and Eros in safe community space.

The evening is by invitation only for those who have some experience. Feel free to invite people who are in resonance and have temple/sex-positive/polyamory experience.

Open to all levels (total beginners and temple-goers alike) and to both couples and individuals.

∞ : : WHAT IS WHEEL OF CONSENT? : : ∞

Explore giving-receiving and taking-allowing as two distinct types of touch exchanges with specific direction and intention. Learn to clearly and effectively communicate about your desires and boundaries. Be accurate with yourself and the other to enjoy integrity, connection and empowerment. The safety of being in full consent with the other. This workshop is a theoretical and practical introduction to the model of Wheel of Consent (devised by Dr Betty Martin).

 

∞ : : WHAT IS BOUNDARIES & DESIRES WORK ?: : ∞

We loose a lot of life force energy fighting with ourselves by hiding what we truly want and at the same time feeling not comfortable to say ‘no’ out of fear of hurting others or fear of rejection. We work with polarities of boundaries and desires, that is, the ability to state our ‘no’ and ability to go for what we want (ability to say a full ‘yes’), in order to find balance and integrity.

 

∞ : : WHAT IS CONSCIOUS TOUCH ? : : ∞

Once, we become aware of patterns, which activate us around our boundaries and desires we become conscious of our behaviours. Bringing our boundaries and desires into light (from shadow to light / from hidden to acknowledged) gives us ability to change old patterns, so that our relationship to others and our touch become more conscious and, therefore, more empowering and healing for all involved.

Your hot self in a sexy sacred outfit or outrageously colourful fairy costume (truly anything sacred/comfy you feel like). Sarong (pretty body veil) or towel , notebook, change of cloths, food for lunch and light dinner to share for sure and anything else you like (e.g. massage oil - bring extra towel for that, musical instruments). Fruits or healthy snacks to share for the night.
